«XX» FLLC carries out a huge investment project “Lighthouse Minsk” that covers about 55 hectares with total construction volume more than 1 million square meters. At the moment we are about to finish the 1st construction stage – four 10- storey residential houses and are going to start the 2d construction stage including shopping centre with the total area to 200 square meters and four residential houses about 80 000 square meters. The project is presented by more than 30 residential houses, shopping centre, sports centre, and school complex. Planned period of construction is 2017. JV «Belinte-roba» LLC carries out investment project “Vivaldi” with the total area 100 000 square meters where the 2d construction stage has already started.
